The location was convenient for exploring the vibrant Canary Wharf area and the nearby O2 arena. The breakfast spread offered a good variety of delicious options. The room wassuper clean and cozy, and the shower was amazing. Despite some minor issues mentioned in other reviews, I found the hotel to be well-maintained overall. The staff, particularly Bryan, provided friendly and helpful service. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in London. I had a positive experience at Ibis.

During our Christmas stay, we really appreciated the blackout curtains in the room, which ensured a peaceful and undisturbed sleep. The lack of traffic noise was also a major plus, great to relax and unwind.

One aspect that could be improved upon is the lack of drawer space for clothes. It would have been convenient to have more storage options.

That the cups and milk in the room were not refreshed, and the pillows were uncomfortably hard. But these were minor issues that did not significantly impact my stay.

The hotel staff were friendly, polite, and incredibly helpful, making me feel at ease during my solo trip. The room was clean and comfortable, and I appreciated having ironing facilities in the room. The bathroom had a decent sized shower, and the air conditioning worked well regardless of the setting. Additionally, the breakfast provided was tasty, with plenty of coffee and good quality juice.

The basic amenities provided everything we needed for a pleasant stay, including tea/coffee making facilities and a comfortable shower area. Lastly, the location in Canary Wharf was perfect for us. Not only was it close to the Blackwall DLR station, but it was also within walking distance of the O2 and Canary Wharf station. All in all, this hotel provided great value for money and we'll definitely be staying here again in the future.

We had a fantastic stay at Ibis for a concert at the O2. Despite being on a busy main road, the room was soundproof and we couldn't hear any noise. The bed was super comfy and we had the best night's sleep, thanks to the blackout curtains. The shower room was lovely and spacious. We were also impressed by the helpfulness of the staff, who printed out directions to the nearest DLR tube station for us. I'll definitely recommend this hotel for its great value for money and comfortable stay.
